Senator Michelle Hinchey said, “My team and I are always working to make state government more accessible by bringing our services straight to our neighbors in their community, and we’re excited to do that this February through our mobile office hours. From these one-on-one support sessions, we’ve helped over 1,000 people resolve issues and access a number of resources, like fixing an inaccurate utility bill to receiving the unemployment they’re owed or getting a new business license. We’re excited to ramp up these efforts this year and continue finding ways to make our services as easy as possible for people to access.”
