The New York Independent Redistricting Commission will meet on Thursday to vote on a final congressional map to propose to the state legislature.
The state’s Supreme Court ordered a new congressional map in December after finding that the state's redistricting commission did not follow the proper procedure when creating new districts in 2022.
The hearing is open to the public and will be streamed online. It can be viewed after the meeting here.
